Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Heapo, the photo and video storage and family-sharing service provided by june.

A user has an account; a guest opens a recipient link without an account; a family is the private sharing circle; content includes media, captions, comments, reactions and names; a sharing link grants only its configured access.

The terms are available in the service. We give at least 7 days’ notice of changes, or 30 days for changes disadvantageous to users. You may stop using the service if you disagree.

Social sign-in creates an account. You must keep credentials secure and provide accurate information. We may restrict accounts that violate these terms.

The service provides media upload, conversion, viewing, private family sharing, invitations, recipient links, comments and reactions. Important changes are announced in advance.

You retain ownership of your content and grant us only the limited rights needed to process and deliver it. You must have the rights and permissions required to upload it, including authority for a child’s image.

Child sexual exploitation or endangerment, pornography, violence, threats, hate, harassment, non-consensual images, privacy or intellectual-property violations, illegal activity, spam, fraud and service interference are prohibited. We may remove content, revoke links, remove members or suspend accounts without prior notice.

Users and guests can report content or people. Reported content is hidden from the reporter and reviewed by the family owner or operator as appropriate. We review reports without undue delay and may access only what is necessary for that review.

Anyone holding a link can access its permitted content without signing in. Send it only to intended recipients. The creator can revoke it at any time; upload-link media remains private until approved.

Free storage and optional subscriptions may be offered through App Store or Google Play under their payment and refund rules. After expiry, uploads may be restricted and excess items may be removed after notice and a grace period.

We may temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, equipment replacement, communications failures or emergencies and will give notice when reasonably possible.

You may request account deletion at any time. Account data and your content are permanently deleted after the stated grace period unless cancellation is requested. Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately.

We are not liable for events outside reasonable control or for user content, but this does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited. You are responsible for links you disclose to unintended people.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are handled by the court with jurisdiction under Korean civil procedure law.
